Unit 1Unit 1 is closer to the road. It has been designed to comfortably accommodate a family of four or 2 couples, one with a child.
The upstairs area has a bedroom, bathroom and studio room. You only need lift your head from the pillow on the queen sized bed to see the waves on Wategos beach! Wide doors open onto a private balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the view while eating breakfast or sipping champagne while the sun sets across the bay. The ensuite has a bath, toilet and separate shower. Adjacent is a studio with a sofa bed, TV, and office including a fax/phone and connections for a computer. A kitchenette cupboard containing a small fridge, sink and coffee making facilities services the upstairs area.
The ground floor living area contains a wonderfully equipped galley kitchen and an open plan dining and living room with a TV and DVD. The leather lounge and ½ chaise is designed for curling up with a good book or watching the beach scene through the curved feature windows. Wide French doors open onto a large private courtyard. The courtyard has an out door dining area with table and chairs beneath a large shady pergola and an area for private sunbathing. A hooded gas barbeque makes summer cooking a breeze. This is the perfect place to eat, relax and enjoy the beautiful Byron weather. The courtyard is surrounded by a low wall making it a safe and secure area for small children. Also on the ground floor is a second bedroom, quiet and restful, perfect for a long sleep in. The beds can be configured to sleep either as a king sized bed or as 2 single beds. The bathroom opens onto an enclosed private court yard which has a beach shower with hot and cold water. A great place to leave the sand, wet swimsuits and towels. And fantastic spot to privately shower at night while looking at the stars! A secure basement carpark for two vehicles (including one large FWD) also has ample storage for surfboards/skis. |
